1) Serach engine options - defining your choice

rezerwuje.com offers the reservation of hotels form the 3 largest systems (PTQV, Booking, Netmedia). There is one panel allowing you to search for available accommodations in all bases. There's a reservation panel in the midle of the main page of rezerwuje.com or the specified city's page Search panel "Checking the prices, availability and hotel reservation", which allows you to make a reservation of an accommodation in a hotel in Poland. You can choose a city where you want to make a reservation from a scroll list "City". Then you have to define the date of your arrival (year, month, day) and departure. The date in the form is set for the following night.
You can next choose the numer of hotel rooms, numer of persons and numer of beds in one room.
If you'd like to make a reservation for different types of hotel rooms - than you have to make separate reservations.
In case of a reservation for 8 persons or more - you can use the group reservation form. To make a reservation of a conference room please fill the conference rooms form.
Kolejnym krokiem jest wybór typu pokoju - dla niepalących, palących lub bez preferencji. Bez preferencji oznacza, że system pobierze wszystkie oferty nie biorąc tej opcji pod uwagę.
Dalej określamy walutę (PLN, EUR, USD), w której chcemy wyświetlić ceny i klikamy przycisk "Szukaj hoteli" (w przypadku rezerwacji ze strony danego obiektu jest to przycisk "Sprawdź").
Similar panel is located on each city's page - the "city" option is already chosen - and also on each object's page, where you can choose the availability of accommodations only in the specified hotel unless you use the "show other" option and choose the objects located 1,2,5 ora 10 km from the main one.

2) Search results

After pressing the "Serach for a hotel" button the results will be shown in a new page. The criteria you have chosen are displayed above the results list.

The following informations will be displayed above the search results list:
  • information on the number of objects found from each systems,
  • "view thesearch results on city's map" - by clicking on it a city map will show up in which a reservation is being made with all available objects pointed there (you can access the reservation objects page by clicking on the hotel icon),
  • criteria choosen in the reservation panel and "New search/change cryteria" button - by clicking on it a search panel will show up, in which you will be able to change the search cryteria and search again.
  • field for choosing the sorting of results (according to prices or standard).
The results shown by the search engine are groupped according to the reservation type and system from which the're taken. There are 4 types of reservation possible:

  1. Rezerwacja online (prezentacja ofert hoteli z systemów PTQV i Netmedia) Rezerwacja pokoju w podanych poniżej hotelach odbywa się natychmiastowo. W związku z pobieraniem dostępności miejsc od kilku operatorów, mogą być wyświetlone dwie różne oferty cenowe na ten sam rodzaj pokoju w obiekcie. Aby dokonać rezerwacji kliknij w przycisk "Rezerwuj" - wyświetli się wtedy strona gdzie należy podać swoje dane osobowe, dane do faktury i wybrać formę płatności za hotel.
    Płatność dokonywana jest poprzez terminal firmy eCard S.A. - bezpieczne transakcje w Internecie za pomocą karty kredytowej lub przelewów z polskich banków online. Po dokonaniu płatności otrzymają Państwo potwierdzenie rezerwacji wraz z opłaconym Voucherem za pobyt w hotelu.
    Rezerwację można także opłacić dokonując tradycyjnego przelewu z dowolnego banku. W przypadku ofert z systemu Netmedia opcja ta jest dostępna na każdy dzień - ograniczeniem jest jedynie zamówienie złożone na dzień bieżący (wtedy opcja ta jest dostępna od poniedziałku do piątku do godziny 17:00 a w soboty do godziny 13:00). W przypadku ofert z systemu PTQV opcja ta jest dostępna dopiero na przynajmniej 4 dni robocze przed przyjazdem.

  2. Rezerwacja online (prezentacja ofert hoteli z systemu Booking) Rezerwacja pokoju w podanych poniżej hotelach odbywa się natychmiastowo. Po kliknięciu w "Rezerwuj" wyświetli się informacja o rzeczywistej liczbie dostępnych pokoi i ich rodzajach. Wybór konkretnego rodzaju pokoju i warunki rezerwacji w hotelu podane są na kolejnej stronie rezerwacji. Aby zagwarantować Państwu rezerwację wymagane jest podanie karty kredytowej, przy czym sama płatność następuje na miejscu w hotelu.

  3. Rezerwacja offline (prezentacja ofert na zapytanie z systemów PTQV i Netmedia)
    Rezerwacja pokoju w podanych poniżej hotelach odbywa za pośrednictwem operatora, który w ciągu 24 h (jednego dnia roboczego) sprawdzi dostępność pokoi. Uwaga - w poniższych ofertach istnieje ryzyko braku miejsc. Jeśli wybrany hotel będzie dysponował wolnymi pokojami potwierdzi rezerwację dla Państwa. Aby dokonać rezerwacji kliknij w przycisk "Rezerwuj" - wyświetli się wtedy strona gdzie należy podać swoje dane osobowe, dane do faktury i wybrać formę płatności za hotel.
    Płatność dokonywana poprzez terminal firmy eCard S.A. - bezpieczne transakcje w internecie za pomocą karty kredytowej.
    Przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji offline pieniądze są jedynie blokowane na karcie. W przypadku potwierdzenia rezerwacji pieniądze zostają pobierane. W przeciwnym razie blokada zostaje zdjęta.
    Wraz z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji otrzymają Państwo opłacony Voucher za pobyt w hotelu. Jeśli do dnia przybycia do hotelu pozostały przynajmniej 4 dni robocze mogą Państwo zapłacić za nocleg dokonując zwykłego przelewu po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji przez operatora.

  4. Rezerwacja offline (prezentacja ofert hoteli na zapytanie) Obiekty przedstawione poniżej tego nagłówka prezentują swoją szczegółową ofertę wraz z danymi teleadresowymi. Istnieje możliwość dokonania rezerwacji bezpośrednio w obiekcie. Specjalne oferty dla użytkowników rezerwuje.com
Description of the search results columns:

  • Kolumna Nazwa, standard obiektu i ocena klientów zawiera nazwę hotelu, jego standard lub informację czy jest to pensjonat, hostel, apartamenty itp. oraz informację o średniej ocenie obiektu dokonanej przez jego klientów. Kliknięcie na nazwę hotelu otwiera stronę ze szczegółowym opisem danego obiektu.
  • The Photo of the object column has the object's view. Clicking on it's photo will open the detailed description page.
  • There is a map icon in the Location column. After clicking it a city map will show up with a pointed object location.
  • Prices column - the prices for a room in given date. Hotel prices in different days could vary.
  • All column - final price for the hotel in given date.
  • W kolumnie Operator systemu i warunki rezerwacji znajduje się informacja, z którego systemu pochodzi dana oferta i linki do warunków rezerwacji, pomocy i faq danego operatora.
  • Kolumna Rezerwacja zawiera przycisk "Rezerwuj" - po kliknęciu w który przechodzimy do rezerwacji konkretnego pokoju w obiekcie (a w przypadku ofert hoteli z systemu Booking - do strony gdzie wyświetli się pełna lista dostępnych pokoi na dany termin) oraz informacje o typie rezerwacji (online, offline - na zapytanie). W przypadku ofert z systemów PTQV i Netmedia wyświetlana jest również w tej kolumnie informacja o możliwości opłacenia hotelu przelewem tradycyjnym z dowolnego banku
  • W kolumnie Typ pokoju (w przypadku obiektów z bazy Booking) podane są maksymalnie dwa dostępne typy pokoi w wybranym terminie, więcej dostępnych typów pokoi w obiekcie może się pojawić do wyboru w 1 kroku rezerwacji, wtedy też dokonujemy wyboru konkretnego pokoju/pokoi do rezerwacji.
If there are no available accommodations fullfiling your criteria then the "No accommodations vailable" note will be displayed..
If its possible please change your enquiry, going back to the beginning of the reservation. In order to do that you can use the "New search/change cryteria" button - by clicking on it a search panel will show up, in which you will be able to change the search cryteria and search again.
Jeśli w obiekcie z bazy PTQV lub Netmedia nie będzie wolnych miejsc a będą dostępne pokoje w tym obiekcie, ale w systemie Booking wyświetli się stosowna oferta z możliwością rezerwacji tego hotelu. W przypadku rezerwacji ze strony obiektu z bazy PTQV, w przypadku braku w nim miejsc (zarówno w systemie PTQV, Netmedia i Booking), zostaną wyświetlone inne obiekty z dostępnymi miejscami znajdujące się w jego pobliżu (do 2 km).

3) Hotel description

After choosing the right hotel from the result list (clicking on its name or picture) you get the detailed information about the object with pictures displayed, in a new window. You can move to the reservation page of the hotel for the specified earlier date from the description page or go back to the search results list and choose another hotel. You can make a reservation without visiting the description page - simply choose the icon "Make a reservation" on the results page next to the choosen hotel - moving to the first step of reservation.
Następne kroki rezerwacji różnią się w zależności od systemu, z którego dana oferta na hotel pochodzi (rodzaj systemu jest określony w kolumnie obok przycisku "Rezerwuj" w liście wyników wyszukiwania), i w którym będzie dokonywana rezerwacja. Czasami zdarza się tak, iż dany hotel raz jest dostępny np. w systemie PTQV a raz w systemie Booking lub Netmedia, dlatego prosimy zwracać uwagę na opisy w wynikach. Często też wyświetlamy różne oferty cenowy na dany obiekt z dwóch systemów (PTQV i Netmedia) a na najbliższe 4 dni także oferty o tej samej cenie (w Netmedia są dodatkowe możliwości płatności przelewami bankowymi), tak aby dać Państwu możliwość jak najszerszego wyboru.
Uwaga - dla każdego systemu (PTQV, Netmedia, Booking) są odrębne warunki rezerwacji i anulacji.

Reserving a hotel from PTQV base

Step 1 - Personal data input

In the first step of a reservation the system will confirm your choice, giving you the final price for your stay. If you have additional comments on the service (late arrival, etc), please fill the field "Special instructions". It would be necessary to view the terms of a reservation.
If you are the registered and logged user of the system all the personal data and invoice data will be filled automatically. In other case pelase provide all the required data and mark whether an invoice will be necessary. You can register in the system in that place, providing your login and password - registering is not compulsory.
When choosing company invoice an additional window will appear, allowing you to input the details.

Step 2 - Payment type

After filling all the required fields you can choose a payment type - under the invoice details. Payment type depends on the reservation type.
In case of an instant reservation you can make your payment via Internet, using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in the secure Authorization Credit Card Center "eCard" or electronic bank transfer (mBank, Inteligo, Multibank, BPH, BZWBK 24, Multibank, Nordea).
If you do not have a credit card or bank account with online transfers in one of the bank detailed above and there are 4 or more working days till you arrival - you can pay by standard transfer (from a bank or post office).
When choosing that option please click the "Bank transfer or post transfer". You will get the confirmation of reservation and the bank account number for the payment within 2 days.
In case of an off-line reservation the payment could be done afterwards - by the standard bank transfer to the given account or at once - via Internet, using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in the secure Authorization Credit Card Center "eCard" or electronic bank transfer (mBank, Inteligo, Multibank, BPH, BZWBK 24, Multibank, Nordea).

Step 3 - Finalizing your payment - credit card authorization

In case of an electronic payment type using credit card (click on the credit card icon) it is necessary to provide all the required details in Credit Card Authorization Center "ecard" form.
You have to input the credit card number on the eCard page, its date and CVV2/CVC2/CID number and then click "Pay".
You can find CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the other side of your credit card (the three last numbers).
CVV2/CVC2/CID code verification allows to improve the security of the transaction and reduce the risk of an unauthorized access and fraud.
Kod CVV2/CVC2/CID umieszczony jest jedynie na Państwa karcie oraz w systemie informatycznym banku, który Państwa kartę wydał. Kod ten nie jest drukowany na rachunkach z terminali elektronicznych POS ani nie jest umieszczony w żadnych innych miejscach.
Kod CVV2/CVC2/CID stworzony został z myślą o zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa posiadaczy kart dokonujących transakcji bez fizycznego uczestnictwa karty, a więc także transakcji internetowych.
Weryfikacja kodu CVV2/CVC2/CID jest standardem powszechnie obowiązującym w świecie.
It is NOT printed on the bills or on other documents.
If the provided details are technically correct, a mesage will appear, confirming the finalized reservation and payment process.
After opening a reservation by the operator a confirmation email mesaage will be sent to you.

To change your reservation you have to click the link Change the reservation, in the menu on the left and then fill and send the displayed form.

Canceling your reservations

To cancel your reservation you have to click the link Cancel your reservation in the menu on the left and then fill the displayed form.
The following fees will be charged when cancelling a reservation from PTQV system:
  • 50 PLN (ca. 12 EUR) - when the reservation is cancelled not later then 3 days before the arrival date,
  • 100% of a total reservation cost if you cancel it later then 3 days before the arrival date.
  • 100% of a total reservation cost if you resign form your reservation without filling and sending the Cancel Form,
  • 100% of a total reservation cost if you do not arrive or if you do not use your reserved service in given date, without making a prior change.
In case of a canceled reservation the proper quote is paid back by a bank transfer to the account indicated by you in a Cancel Reservation form.

Reserving a hotel from Booking base

Step 1 - Choosing a room

The system will confirm your choose in the first step of making a reservation by giving you the date of your stay in the object and will show all available room types with the total price per stay in EURO (but you can pay in PLN at the hotel). Please pay attention to the conditions of cancelling a reservation in the object. You can get more details about the room type, price and its equipment by clicking on its name. You can choose the number of rooms in the room number window (it displays all available rooms in the object). It allows you to reserve different room types in one objects in the same time. To confirm your choice please click "Continue".

Step 2& 3 - Providing your personal data and credit card details

In the second and third step you will provide your personal data (first name, last name, email address, your residential address and phone number) and also the credit card numbers (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) with its validity date. If you have any questions or suggestions about the service (late arrival, etc) please fill the field "Remarks". Please click the link "Make a reservation" when all fields are filled up.
Your credit card details are the only guarantee for the hotel in case you did not arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation of the reservation or you made a cancellation too late. If it happens - the hotel will have the right to bill your CC with the fee for not showing up (which is usually the price per night). Booking WILL NOT bill your CC, you will pay for your stay at the hotel by cash or credit card. if you wish to get an invoice for your stay - you will get one directly at the hotel.
If the hotel needs you to pay before the arrival (part of the total price) - the information about it will be displayed on the hotel's page. Some of the hotels will pre-authorize your credit card to get the additional guarantee. Pre-authorization is simply checking the credit card for the total sum of your transaction and blocking it until it is paid by you. The hotel can guarantee your reservation by doing it. The total sum could be the total price for your stay or price per night. The block will be removed after checking it.

Step 4 - Checking of reservation

After finishing your reservation process a confirmation window will be displayed. You can find there the details of your reservation and the reservation number. We recommend you printing this page. You will also get a confirmation e-mail within the next few minutes. You can find all the reservation details there and also the contact data of the hotel. The most common reason for not getting the e-mail is a mistake when typing the address. We recommend you checking the provided e-mail address before finishing the reservation. The e-mail could be also treated as spam by some mail software filters. If you do not get it, please send an e-mail under following address, providing all the details: customer.service@booking.com

Changing or cancelling your reservation

To change or cancell your reservation please follow the link provided in the confirmation e-mail. Booking will not bill you by any fee because of cancelling the reservation. But the hotel could demand cancelling a reservation not too late. All informations about these rules regarding cancelling a reservation could be found on each hotel's page in the "The conditions of hotel operation" part.
After you cancelled your reservation, you would get a confirmation e-mail. If you do not get it, please send an e-mail under following address, providing all the details: customer.service@booking.com
